효능기작:
     Melanin 생성의 초기 2단계인 Tyrosine과 L-Dopa에 대한 Tyrosinase의 효소작용을 억제하며, Melanin의 중합체형성을 막음

특성:
    Whitening 효과가 아주 강력함(Kojic acid 보다 5배). 0.5 % 처방으로 티로시나제의 생성 100%억제(0.16 % 처방----> 99 % 억제)

• 10% Cream으로 50명의 아프리카 흑인들에게 아침,저녁으로 3주동안 적용한 결과 아주 높은 depigmenting 효과를 거둠.

Toxicity:  (10% Cream formula로 실험)

1. Primary cutaneous irritation: Non-irritant
2. Ocular(eye) irritation: 홍체와 각막의 자극은 24시간내에 정상으로 환원하고,
   결막의 자극은 4일이내에 정상으로 환원.
3. Oral Toxicity: LD10ml/kg적용: Whitening Skin care.

처방방법:
     -. Final phase에 55℃ 이하에서 첨가함.
       -. 색상의 안정성을 유지하기 위해 MSE(Sodium metabisulfate)첨가 권장
       -. Whitening으로 인한 Melanin의 감소로 피부가 자외선에 손상되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 Sunscreen agent 사용.
