- In Vitro tyrosinase assay(티로시나제 억제실험)
티로시나제가 풍부하게 들어있는 감자Skin을 이용하여 Phytowhite의 Melanin생성억제실험을 함---> tyrosinase의 기능을 효과적으로 억제하여 Melanin의 생성을 억제함.
- In Vivo Human Clinical Skin Whitening study;
얼굴의 양쪽에 각각 Placebo Cream과 5% Phytowhite Cream을 4주동안 하루에2번 적용한결과 77%의 Skin pigmentation감소효과 거둠. - Cholasma(Melanoma)를 가지고 있는 10명의 사람에게 5%Phytowhite Cream으로 8주동안 하루에 2번 적용한 결과 치료과정동안 42%이상 검은 피부를 밝게 하는 효과가 있음.
- In Vitro Anti-inflammatory assay
Phospholipase A2의 억제효과를 측정한 결과 20μm의 농도에서 40%의 억제효과 있음. - In Vitro Anti-Oxident Assay
Cytochrome과 isolated neutrophils(free radicals)의 혼합물에 10μg/ml Phytowhite 농도에서 100% cytochrome C oxidation 감소를 억제함. 또한, 더 낮은 농도에서도 Vitamin E보다 더욱 효과적임.
